2. Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

- Constable (Driver): * Education: 10th Pass (Matriculation).
- Requirement: Must possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Age: 18 – 27 Years.
- Constable (Veterinary): * Education: 10th Pass with Science as a main subject.
- Requirement: One year of experience in a recognized Veterinary Hospital.
- Age: 18 – 27 Years.
- Constable (Tradesman – Tailor, Cobbler, Gardener, etc.): * Education: 10th Pass.
- Requirement: 2 years of work experience in the respective trade OR a 1-year ITI certificate with 1 year of experience OR a 2-year ITI Diploma.
- Age: 18 – 23 Years.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & PST: Includes running, height, and chest measurements.
- Written Examination: An objective-type test covering General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, and Language (Hindi/English).
- Trade Test: A practical skill test to ensure the candidate is proficient in their specific trade (e.g., driving test for drivers).
- Medical Examination: Final assessment to ensure medical fitness for defense duties.
- Pay Level: Level 3 (7th CPC Pay Matrix).
- Salary Range: ₹21,700 to ₹69,100.
