Key Requirements & Competencies
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Residence: Must be a domicile of J&K UT.
- Age Limit: 18–40 years (as of January 1, 2026). Age relaxation applies as per Government rules.
- Selection Priority: Selection is district-based. Candidates from the specific districts (Doda, Kupwara, Kulgam) will be preferred. If suitable candidates aren’t found, selections may be made from other districts within the same division.
- Skills: Effective oral and written communication, basic computing, and strong soft skills/facilitation skills.
