Position Overview

Trade Vacancies & Qualifications
The recruitment is focused on two primary sectors, with specific requirements for each:
1. Media & Entertainment (10 Vacancies)
- Role: Story Board Artist
- Districts: Shopian & Srinagar
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphics, or Animation.
- Experience: Minimum one year of work experience.
- Desirable: Specific knowledge and skills in Story Boarding.
2. Automotive (10 Vacancies)
- Role: Electric Vehicle Service Assistant
- Districts: Srinagar
- Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of work/teaching experience.
- OR a 3-year Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of work/teaching experience.
- OR B.Voc. (Bachelor in Vocational) in Automobile with at least 2 years of work/teaching experience.
Eligibility Criteria & Conditions
- Domicile: Candidates must be a domicile of UT Jammu & Kashmir.
- Age Limit: 18–40 years (as of January 1, 2026). Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
- Selection Basis: Selection will be made on a district basis, preferred based on merit. If candidates are unavailable within a district, selection will expand to other districts within the same division.
- Nature of Job: These are strictly contractual positions and do not constitute government or permanent employment.
