JKSSB Junior Assistant Admit Card 2026: Exam Date and Download Guide

​The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially released the notice regarding the OMR-based written examination for the posts of Junior Assistant. This recruitment drive covers various departments under Notification No. 08 of 2025.

How to Download Your JKSSB Admit Card

​Candidates can download their E-Admit Cards starting from April 14, 2026, by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.jkssb.nic.in.
  1. Find the Link: On the homepage, look for the link dedicated to downloading the E-Admit Card.
  1. Login: Enter your Username and Password to access your account.
  1. Download & Print: Once the admit card appears, download the file and take a clear printout.

Note: You must bring a clear printed copy of the E-Admit Card to the examination center. Admit cards will not be sent by post.

​Important Instructions for Candidates

​To ensure a smooth examination process, please adhere to the following guidelines issued by the Board:

  • Reporting Time: Candidates must report to their assigned centers at least two (02) hours before the exam for Biometric and Facial Authentication.
  • Admit Card Issues: If you cannot download your card, you must visit the Board office at least two days before the exam with proof of your application and fee payment.
  • Photograph Discrepancies: If the photo on your admit card is incorrect, report it immediately to the JKSSB Central Office (Jammu or Srinagar) or email ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in. This cannot be fixed by the staff at the exam center on the day of the test.
  • Submission: After the exam is over, you are required to submit your signed Admit Card back to the invigilation staff.
