​The Cluster University of Srinagar has released an official employment notification (No. 03-CUS of 2026) for various non-teaching posts. This recruitment is open to eligible domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

  • ​Head Assistant: 01 Post (Level-6: 35,400–1,12,400)
  • ​Semi-Professional Assistant: 04 Posts (Level-6: 35,400–1,12,400)
  • ​Hostel Warden: 01 Post (Level-6: 35,400–1,12,400)
  • ​Senior Assistant: 01 Post (Level-5: 29,200–92,300)
  • ​Junior Assistant: 02 Posts (Level-4: 25,500–81,100)
  • ​Laboratory Assistant (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Zoology): 01 Post each (Level-2: 19,900–63,200)
  • ​Laboratory Bearer (Geography, AI & ML, Botany): 01 Post each (Level SL-01: 14,800–47,100)
  • ​Library Bearer: 03 Posts (Level SL-01: 14,800–47,100)

​Eligibility and Selection Process

  • ​Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old for the General Category. The upper age limit is 43 years for Reserved Categories, 42 years for PWD, and 50 years for In-service candidates.
  • ​Selection Mode: Selection for all posts will be based on merit in a 100-mark written examination.
  • ​Skill Test: For Head Assistant, Senior Assistant, and Junior Assistant, candidates must also pass a mandatory typing test (35 words per minute in English with 90% accuracy). A minimum of 50% in the written exam is required to qualify for the skill test.

  • ​Reserved Categories: Rs. 700
