• Screening Test – 60 points
• Academic Qualification – 10 points
• Diploma/Degree – 15 points
• Experience – 5 points per year (max 15)

Helper

• Matric – 80 points
• Experience – 20 points

📑 Important Terms & Conditions

• Job is purely contractual under CSR plan.
• Initial engagement for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years).
• No right to permanent job.
• Preference to local candidates of Hillour Kuntwara.
• No extra allowances beyond fixed salary.
• Selected candidates must stay at posting location.
