High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Issues Interview Notice for System Assistants

Jammu, March 27, 2025 – The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, through the Chief Justice’s Secretariat, has issued a notification regarding the interview process for the post of System Assistants in the District Judiciary of UT of J&K. The shortlisted candidates have been selected based on their merit in the Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted on December 2, 2024, as per Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated August 28, 2024.

Interview Details

The interview for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled to be held on April 4, 2025 (Friday) at High Court Complex, Janipur, Jammu. The reporting time for the interview is set at 9:30 AM.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Proof of Identity: Candidates must bring valid identity proof such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport.
  2. Original Certificates/Testimonial: All shortlisted candidates must produce their original certificates and testimonials along with photocopies before the interview committee. Failure to present these documents may result in disqualification.
  3. Eligibility Requirements: Only those candidates who fulfill all the notified eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear in the interview.
  4. No Individual Call Letters: Candidates should note that no individual call letters will be issued. Instead, they should refer to Annexure-“A” of the notification to confirm their shortlisting.
  5. Verification of Testimonials: Even if a candidate’s name appears on the shortlist, their participation in the interview will be subject to verification of their testimonials.
  6. Deficiency in Eligibility: If any discrepancy is found regarding a candidate’s eligibility at the time of the interview, they may not be allowed to proceed with the process.
  7. No TA/DA: The High Court will not provide any travel or dearness allowance (TA/DA) for appearing in the interview.

This official notice has been issued by M.K. Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the guidelines mentioned above.
