Government Job Opportunity: Class IV & Driver Posts in District Court Ganderbal

The Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge Ganderbal has announced vacancies for Class IV and Driver posts in the District Court. Eligible candidates belonging to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir are invited to apply through offline mode.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • Process Server: Must have passed 10+2 (12th) examination from a recognized board.
  • Orderly: Must have passed 10th (Matric) from a recognized board.
  • Driver: Must have passed Matriculation from a recognized board and possess a valid driving license with LMV/HMV endorsement.

(Candidates already working on Adhoc/Daily Wage basis in Subordinate Courts are eligible for age relaxation.)

Domicile Requirement:

Candidates must be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and possess a valid domicile certificate issued by a competent authority.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum and maximum age limits will be as per J&K Government rules.
  • Maximum age:
    • 40 years for Open Merit candidates.
    • 43 years for reserved categories.

Candidates must submit the duly filled offline application form along with self-attested copies of required documents to the Office of Principal District & Sessions Judge Ganderbal (Administrative Section) before 08-03-2025.

(Forms submitted after the deadline or through online mode will not be accepted.)

✅ Date of birth certificate (Matriculation)
✅ Domicile certificate
✅ Aadhaar card
✅ Driving License (for Driver post)
✅ Two passport-size photographs
