CISF Constable Tradesmen Recruitment 2025, Qualification 10th – Apply Online for 1161 Vacancies



The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced the CISF Constable Tradesmen Recruitment 2025 for 1161 vacancies in various trades. The online application process begins on 5th March 2025 and ends on 3rd April 2025.

Vacancy Details:

The available positions include:

  • Cook – 493 vacancies
  • Cobbler – 9 vacancies
  • Tailor – 23 vacancies
  • Barber – 199 vacancies
  • Washer-man – 262 vacancies
  • Sweeper – 152 vacancies
  • Painter – 2 vacancies
  • Carpenter – 9 vacancies
  • Electrician – 4 vacancies
  • Mali – 4 vacancies
  • Welder – 1 vacancy
  • Charge Mechanic – 1 vacancy
  • MP Attendant – 2 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
  • Age Limit (as of 1st August 2025): 18 to 23 years (Age relaxation as per government norms).

Selection Process:

  1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)
  2. Documentation
  3. Trade Test
  4. Written Examination (OMR-based or Computer-Based)
  5. Medical Examination

Exam Pattern:

The written exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks, with a duration of 120 minutes. Subjects include:

  • General Awareness – 20 marks
  • Elementary Mathematics – 20 marks
  • Analytical Aptitude – 20 marks
  • Ability to Observe and Distinguish – 20 marks
  • Basic English/Hindi Knowledge – 20 marks

Salary Details:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 under Pay Level – 3, along with allowances.
